Here's How It Works


Together, with a small army of like-minded trainers, we'll complete a fun and result-focused 6-week strength and conditioning programme. 


We'll train 4 days per week for 30 minutes per session run from a private Facebook group. 

Training Schedule 

Monday: Lower body 

Tuesday: Core and cardio

Wednesday: Upper body

Friday: Compound and Cardio 

Each day I’ll post a quick 2-minute video explaining the workout and demonstrating the exercises. You are then free to complete the workout wherever you like any time during the day. 

Workout Type And Equipment 


To keep things fresh, I'll be using a wide variety of effective training formats using a huge variety of bodyweight, kettlebell and dumbbell exercises. 


Requirements


1: Fit in 30 is run from a private Facebook group. 

2: You'll need to set aside 30-minutes 4x per week 

3: You need a kettlebell and a pair of dumbbells
